The founding stage is provisionally set to end at 11:59pm on 8 October 2026, New Zealand timeWhile the founding stage remains available, sign the contract and complete membership payment to pay 50% of the applicable standard price. A 6-month standard price is 60% of the 12-month standard price for the same customer category. Photonmark Limited may end the founding stage earlier or extend it based on service capacity and will update this page when it does. We do not send individual notice to visitors who have not signed a membership agreement. A change does not affect a contract already signed by both parties with an agreed price or a completed payment. The amount payable is the amount clearly displayed and confirmed at the relevant time on the page, agreement, invoice or checkout.
For members who ordinarily live in New Zealand and provide reasonable evidence. The amounts shown are standard prices payable including GST.
The published prices include the standard scope listed for each plan. If a case needs a reduced scope, or extra cross-border checks, travel, interpreting or another unlisted service, we explain the scope and quote before signing; the customer may accept or decline. No undisclosed mandatory fee is added after signing unless both sides later agree to a written variation.

END-OF-TERM PROTECTION
Two choices if the minimum is not met
Choose one at signing and record it in the individual schedule. A completed introduction requires human screening, reasons explained to both people and an actual first video or in-person meeting. A summary, willingness to meet, cancellation or non-attendance does not count.
OPTION ONE
Proportional shortfall refund
Silver, Gold and Diamond allocate 20%/80%, 30%/70% and 45%/55% between member support and introduction delivery. Only the undelivered part of the introduction allocation is refunded, and the percentage applies to the membership fee actually paid under that contract.
Example: 2 of 4 introductions on 12-month Silver returns 40% of the membership fee actually paid under that contract. Completing 3 of 6 on Gold returns 35%. Any applicable GST adjustment appears on the refund document.OPTION TWO
Extend service and defer shortfall settlement
Defer the shortfall refund at the nominal end date and continue outstanding introductions and direct coordination. Communication, pause and other recurring allowances do not reset.
The extension is normally reviewed in writing every 90 days. The member may continue, pause or end the extension; if it ends, the remaining shortfall is refunded using option one. Reply within 7 days of an arrangement, or tell us if more time is needed. Declining a proposed person does not count as a completed introduction or automatically remove the refund right.
Minimums do not guarantee a relationship, marriage or visa result, and plans do not renew automatically. The member-support allocation corresponds only to listed support actually supplied; it is not an unconditional forfeiture. Statutory remedies remain available if a service is not supplied or fails an applicable service guarantee. The signed agreement governs cooperation, review, suspension and completion.
Optional local information after a genuine relationship forms
Only after the couple has independently formed a genuine relationship and made their own future-living decisions may a member separately choose general public information or an independent-provider referral. This is not an immigration benefit of any membership tier and is not linked to a visa outcome.
General public information
We may point to public sources and provide general information about New Zealand cities, transport, housing, schooling and everyday processes. The couple decides whether and when to travel, where to live and how to arrange family life.
Independent-provider referrals
With express permission, we may provide public contact details for independent translation, interpreting, education, property, financial, travel or other providers. Immigration questions are directed only to public Immigration New Zealand information, a currently licensed New Zealand immigration adviser or a New Zealand lawyer, whom the member may choose to engage separately.
Outside MarryNZ's service
MarryNZ and its matchmakers do not assess visa eligibility, select a visa category or application strategy, review immigration material, design relationship evidence or predict an immigration outcome. Any professional acts independently and normally contracts with and charges the member directly. MarryNZ does not control that advice or result and receives no success fee based on whether a visa is granted. We disclose any known commission or material relationship before a referral and do not send application information to a third party without express permission.
Electronically sign before membership service starts
The agreement and individual schedule state the tier, term, minimum introductions, fee and mutually agreed start date. After both sides sign, the client pays by the invoice due date; once payment is confirmed, the profile enters the private candidate pool.
